Today youth face increasing uncertainty in there hopes of undergoing a satisfactory entry to the labour market, and this uncertainties, economies and society at large youth are less able to contribute effectively to national development and have fewer opportunities to exercise there rights as citizens.They have less spent as consumers less to invest as savers and often have no voice to bring about change in there lives and communities, Yeisa mission is to Decrease the rate of unemployment among the youth, brain storming exercises with a view of identifying, prioritizing and assessing the needs of the youth. the Yeisa move is to implement several procedures basing on job creation as whole, empower, educate and do further follow ups.
