We specialise in "cut to size" precision manufactured steel components, which include gussets, flanges and spacers made from mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. Our 250-amp APOLLO multi-process welding machine makes us efficient and cost-effective whilst giving us an edge when it comes to our competitors. The equipment can handle three processes (TIG, MIG and MMA). Our 200- amp Pegasus inverters increase mobility and effective task management. We have specified welding procedures and keep a variety of materials on-site to streamline fabrication times. To provide a single contact point for our clients' detailed needs, we offer a project management team that includes procurement, planning/scheduling and estimating. Our production and quality departments work hand in hand to ensure that the highest possible efficiency is achieved without sacrificing quality. Pipe fitting and boiler making are some of our strengths. Our team consists of newly qualified artisans under the leadership of our skilled production foreman who has more than 40 years of experience. Our quality manager has been involved in many large projects in South Africa since 2000 and is experienced in the vessel fabrication field as well as piping projects. Our stores include most general tools and equipment such as PPE, grinders, cutting torches, inverters, grinding and cutting discs, electrodes, drills, drill bits and plasma cutting consumables. We have large project experience in all areas of the construction field including Kusile and Medupi power station shop fabrication and site erection, petrochemical projects including fire damaged plants and new equipment fabrication and installation, and mining sector engineering.
