Grysblok Retail & Wholesale currently consists of a Liquor Outlet, Mini Market, Pub & Pizza Den. The Liquor Outlet started in 2018 followed by the Mini Market & Take Away Jan 2019, the Pub July 2019 and the Pizza Den May 2020. We have acquired the plot adjacent to the said retail outlets with a 500sqm building and want to open a liquor wholesale which can service Khomasdal, Otjomuise, Grysblok, Wanaheda & Golgota. Visiting bars & shebeens are the basic nightlife in the neighbourhood and we've counted over 200 bars & shebeens in the said areas. However, we need buying power to infiltrate the market with competitve pricing from there our interest in franchising.
