Boitseko engineering & projects maintenance (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black woman led South African based company with a level 1 B-BBEE. specializing in engineering operations and maintenance through projects management.The founder Ms Balate Thato hold a Degree Baccalaureus Technologiae in mechanical engineering, Degree Baccalaureus Technologiae in project management and a National diploma in Mechanical engineering. She has gained mechanical engineering ,maintenance and operations experience and project management background and experience over the 5years in the mining and engineering fields. She is currently a candidate for mines mechanical engineer’s GCC with DMR and candidate mechanical technologist with ECSA. Her goal is to improve the reliability of equipment and processes by applying general engineering knowledge to solve problems and deliver the required results.
