We render our services predominantly in Gauteng, but we have a track record of attending matters across South Africa. A full range of legal costs services are available which includes the traditional legal costs services: • Drawing of bills of costs, • Settlement/taxation and reviewing of bills of costs (presenting or opposing) • Training and skills development on all costs and litigation process and content matter. Our staff attending to the taxation of a bill of costs also have Right of Appearance and is capable of the review of a taxation if necessary. Additional Services that we offer that makes our customers continuously use our services (includes but are not limited to): • Keeping of billing records for 5 years and having it available upon request • After each settlement, a communication is sent via e-mail to our customer to confirm settlement (same applies in the event of RAF cases). • Upon request we also follow up on unpaid cases for our customers • With every case a letter is attached confirming outcome of case together with a Disbursement Sheet, indicating also what was allowed for payment and what was removed. OUR START: Legal Billing Systems (Pty) Ltd (Reg. 2004 / 002165 / 07) was established towards the end of 2004 as a functional Costs Consultancy. We have a level 4 contribution to B-BBEE allowing for a 100% BEE procurement recognition level.
