We are an independent loss adjusting firm that provides a professional claim adjustment service to local / overseas insurance companies. We are equipped to deal with personal, commercial and certain specialist insurance claims (please visit our website for more information). We are located in Oudtshoorn and offer our services in the following areas - -Central Karoo , -Klein Karoo -Garden route. Should clients require our services outside of the above indicated areas, they are more than welcome to contact us. Our key purpose - To adjust, validate and investigate short term insurance claims to determine validity based on the insurance contract. - - To correctly quantify losses and serve as a mediator between insurer, insured and / or brokers. Our areas of responsibility include but are not limited to: ● Short term insurance claim investigation and validation which may include settlement, rejection and repair negotiation as per directive from appointing insurer. ● Adherence to turn around time and predetermined mandates from appointing insurers. ● Loss adjustment by correctly quantifying losses and/or verifying claimed amounts. ● Mediation between appointing insurer, insured, brokers and external service providers. ● Reporting on all assessed claims and making recommendations to the appointing insurer. ● Analyzing client behavior to determine legitimacy of claims. ● Investigate, report and make recommendations on fraud related claim matters. ● Analyzing, collecting, evaluating and storing evidence. ● Preparation and presentation as an expert witness in court proceedings. ● Risk assessments to establish potential risk exposure to the insurer.
