Beacon Consulting and cleaning services is seeking to grow and is a commercial and industrial cleaning service provider. We provide a range of services for commercial and industrial clients, and we also work along with real estate agents in order to arrange end of lease clean ups for residential properties. Beacon Consulting and Cleaning services is a small sized organization and do not have a large company structure from management to workers. The management will always oversee workers and provide enough support to carry out certain tasks i a professional manner. All our staff will be highly trained and chosen for their intergrity and work experience. Our Services: Commercial office complexes, Factories, Medical Centers, Warehouses, Mechanical Workshops, End of lease for commercial and residential properties, Window cleaning, Carpet cleaning, Dusting, vacuuming and floor scrubbing, high pressure cleaning, etc. We will use a color-coded cleaning system in order to prevent any misuse of chemicals and to protect the health and safety of our valuable clients. Staffs are to be educated to notify the management about any workplace hazards and safety issues in order to to prevent future injuries. We will have occupational health and safety plan in use to prevent any injuries and to maintain a safe work environment for our workers and to minimize the risk of any injuries to general public. Our scope is to accomplish all commercial cleaning needs and offer personalized and customized service and design a program for each client's needs. The client cannot evaluate the services until it is delivered and experienced the so called "Moment of Truth". Services are provided by the lowest paid by the lowest paid employees in the company. We also offer a range of consulting services as follows: Recruitment, Selection, Job analysis, drafting of business documents, Company policies, health and safety procedures, Bill/Deed of sales, Lease Contracts/Agreements, Recognition Agreements, C
