Advantages Of Using Our Guards  Our guards are punctual and vigilant.  Paladin Security Team take customer care seriously.  We identify customer needs and put our maximum effort to meet them.  We have physically fit and astute personnel trained by skilled ex-military personnel.  Our guards are vetted and cleared by police.  We provide uniformed security guards who are well-armed with security equipment.  We have pool of security guards that covers for eventualities. Physical Security Guarding Training In-house training • Proper security guard training is given to security details before deployment. Onsite training • Guards are properly oriented onsite to cater for the site requirements. Ongoing training • Paladin Security does a continuous training for its personnel which is needed to handle new situations and to correct any deficiencies that may be noted during the course of our contract with clients. Rotation of guards • Guards are rotated to avoid over-familiarisation if it is deemed necessary. Co-ordination • Paladin Security works with the Zimbabwe Republic Police. All cases of interest, suspects and offenders will be handed over to Police for further management and prosecution. Supervision Spot checks Periodic checks and regular visits are done by Security Officers and sergeants of Paladin Security to ensure that guards are performing their duties as per client specifications.
