Boundary Beacon Relocation Surveys- Property beacons are relocated/replaced, and a land surveyor's beacon certificate is issued. Topographical Surveys- These are done based on the normal requirements of architects for the design purposes of a project. The survey depicts all visible existing infrastructural services, swimming pool, edges of roads/tar, parking area, stormwater and foul manhole inverts, and generally all street furniture, if any have been installed, and a sufficient number of spot heights to depict the topography of the land. Engineering Surveys- This involves construction surveys whereby engineers' design plans are used to determine the positions on the ground of structures to be built.
