I studied both Psychology and Theology and hold a PhD in Psychiatry. I provide psychological services online including Live Online Individual Counselling and Online Psychotherapy as well as Online Marriage Counselling and Online Couples Counselling.” I believe that in order to live a psychologically healthy and prosperous life we need to have a knowledge of and understanding of our Identity in Christ. We need to believe in and behave in accordance with our Identity in Christ. I acknowledge that we sometimes have cognitive distortions and display maladaptive behaviours that are not in line with our Identity in Christ. I believe that we can overcome these cognitive distortions an live a purposeful and joyful life to our full potential.
