Caben Steel Trading is a privately owned company specializing in the bending and rolling of all types and sizes of carbon and stainless steel, aluminum, copper and chrome moly material. Cold bending is done hydraulically using mandrel pipe benders. We have 4 machines capable of bending from 15nb medium to 250nb schedule 120. The mean radii are 3d and 5d. We also have a section roller that can roll up to 152mm round and all types of structural steel up to a maximum dimension of 150mm. Hot bending is done using an induction bender with a capacity of 50nb to 900nb. The machine is currently being upgraded and will operate in two stages, the first will have a bending range from 50nb to 400nb with a maximum wall thickness of 40mm. The mean radius will be from 200mm to 4.5m. The larger stage from 250nb to 900nb with a maximum wall thickness of 100mm. The bender is equipped with a deflection roller which allows pipes to be bent to a maximum radius of over 250m.
