In the debt collection world, your clients are either the people you are collecting debt for, or the debtors themselves depending on whether you are collecting debt for a 3rd party or collecting our own or purchased debt. Whether a 3rd party that we are collecting debt for you we ensure keeping you happy and informed while making sure your business is successful as well. Generally, an agreement is made between us and the 3rd party client supplying us with the debt that we will receive a percentage of everything that is collected. We have the proper tools in place to keep you as our client comfortable and informed as to how your accounts are progressing and how we work hard at collecting monies on the outstanding accounts.
