I am chosen as the administrator of the Alexander Umndeni Trust who has undertaken a business contract with regard to a loan. Mister Bennie Alexander (Khoisan X) was the Tustee and has since passed away. His sister, Estelle Alexander then took over as Trustee and has also passed away a year ago. It is with great sadness to say that all the Alexander main Beneficiaries is now deceased leaving behind their offspring, consisting of 6 beneficiaries. I am a Family friend who basically grew up in the Alexander household and was approached by the surviving beneficiaries to administer the Trust. The registration No. of the Trust is IT 9832/97, in partnership with Thahameso Investment Holdings Company (Pty)Ltd Reg. No. 990/007/07. I kindly need an update on the contents and status of the Trust in order for me to facilitate and report to the Beneficiaries. I also request to convene a meeting to discuss the way forward with regard to the trust. I have tried countless times to get hold of the contact persons which appear on the document but without success. I did not have a choice but to get in touch with one of the stakeholders, which is you to assist me to shed some light on the issue. I hope and trust that my humble plea would be given attention.
