Mwitumwa & Associates was established and registered as a Quantity Surveying practice in January 1978 in Zambia and has offered varied professional services in the construction industry. The Botswana practice was established in January 1990 and was incorporated as Mwitumwa & Associates (Pty) Ltd. The Firm was first registered with the Central Tender Board of the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning of the Government of the Republic of Botswana in September 1991 in the field of Quantity Surveying and was re-registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) in March 2009. Since incorporation the Practice has offered Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning and Cost Control Services on various types of projects of different sizes to both private and public-sector Clients.
