CHANGES Group of Treatment offers qualitative, multi-disciplinary recovery programmes on an Inpatient, as well as an Outpatient basis. Our facilities include inpatient treatment centres, as well as halfway houses, and are able to provide long-term aftercare options in private, tranquil and upmarket environments. Our clients are assessed individually taking into account their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Treatment is offered in three phases: detoxification, core treatment process and reintegration. Each client is measured on his or her own merit and treatment will be recommended according to their unique set of circumstances. Our goal is to provide an opportunity to all our clients to not only get clean and sober, but to heal and ultimately re-integrate back into society as healthy, productive and responsible citizens.
