Bosman Orthotics and Prosthetics is a medical practice that provides a comprehensive variety of orthotic and prosthetic services to patients in and around the Durban area. We specialize in neuromuscular and skeletal problems as well as the replacement of limbs after amputation by formulating an individualized, holistic treatment program that starts with a detailed clinical assessment, technical implementation of orthoses and/or prostheses, rehabilitation and continuous management of our patients to prevent any further disability. Bosman Orthotics and Prosthetics is more than just a prosthetics facility. Besides being in the forefront of prosthetic technology and development, we’re here to give anyone who has lost a limb the tools, information, and resources necessary to allow them to achieve their goals. We provide healthcare, advocacy, and educational services so that you can live your life without limitations! Bosman Orthotics and Prosthetics work closely with our patients and their physicians, as well as other representatives of the allied health professions in the rehabilitation of the physically challenged. We design and fit devices, known as orthoses, to provide care to patients who have disabling conditions of the limbs and spine. In addition, we design, manufacture and fit devices, known as prostheses, for patients who have had partial or total amputation of a limb. We boast a state of the art rehabilitation facility, where we strive to deliver the highest quality orthotic and prosthetic care to the community we serve.
