Our privately owned Bally Vaughan Game Park, Bally Vaughan Animal Sanctuary and Mwanga Lodge (only 40min from Harare), were founded to conserve wild life and a magnificent piece of Zimbabwe’s Miombo woodlands ecosystem, amidst huge whale-back granite domes! We are home to a large variety of wild life and birds: elephant, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, lions, leopard, hyena, crocodiles and more! We offer a home to wild animals (and sanctuary to orphaned / rescued animals and birds), and a variety of services to visitors: accommodation and swimming pool at the lodge, game drives, elephant rides /encounters, sanctuary tours, predator feeding, guided walks, school trips / camps etc. Tasty meals are served at our Gazebo, Restaurant and Lodge. Directions: Travel NE along the Enteprise Road to the Toll Gate, turn immediately left the toll into the Shamva Road. Continue for 23km when you will see a game fence and signs for Bally Vaughan Sanctuary and Mwanga Lodge on the left. Enter the first gate.
