Dear Sir/Madam CIMERWA Ltd is a Rwanda registered cement manufacturing company. It is owned by PPC group/RSA at 51% whilst 49% are owned by rwandan shareholders including the government. Recently the company commissioned a new dry process cement plant, with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons per annum. With that increased capacity, the company is looking for coal supplies from the region to utilize in its burning process.
